How it works
The process of NeoLytes consists of three simple steps:
I am an angel investor looking to invest
Do you find the process of finding the right business to invest in laborious? Are you tired of the lack of preference provided by angel investor groups, syndicates, or online platforms? Let us help you! We filter out irrelevant businesses and provide you with qualitative matches based on your personalised profile. Once you register for our service, we check if you are eligible to become a member, and if you are, we will get in touch. We will arrange a meeting to become acquainted and create your personalised profile based on your investment preferences. We charge angel investors a monthly service fee of $300 for our intelligent matching service. However, we handle a no-cure-no-pay policy. Angels don’t have to pay if we do not reach the discussed number of matches per month.

I am a business seeking funding
Not only do we offer businesses seeking funding an affordable method to find angel investors, but we also let you fill in your preferences for what type of angel you want. Usually, finding the right angel is laborious and requires some capital. We alleviate capital restraints by offering businesses to register for only $99, and we will save you time by finding relevant angels for you. If you don’t get accepted onto the platform, you will get a chance to improve based on feedback and get a second chance to register for free. If you are eligible to become a member, we will get in touch to create your personalised profile. When you are registered and have a personalised profile, you can stay on it until you have found the right angel. Once you have found the right angel, you can temporarily deactivate your business on the site and reactivate it again if you need another round of funding.

Where does the name Neolytes come from?
Our name, Neolytes, stems from two words; neophyte and acolyte. The definition of a neophyte is a person who is new to a subject or activity; in this case, the start-ups looking for funding/mentoring. The definition of an acolyte is someone that assists a leader; in this case, the angel investors assisting the owners of businesses. Combine the two words together and you get Neolyte.
What does my personalised profile consist of?
Nearly any preference can be added to a personalised profile, for instance, how much capital angels are willing to invest and how much funding a business needs, what the role of an angel will be in the business, what form of investment, the angels/founder background, and individual angels or groups.
